Briefly, I do Architectural and Interior Design drawings from Conceptual Stage (starting with client relation/coordination to drawing interpretation) till Construction Stage and Supervision (checking if drawings have been followed from the last approval). I compose and write both Architectural and Interior design Material Specifications, Bid bulletins and Architectural/Interior Bill of Materials. I am capable in computing man-hours and manpower requirement for a specific project, do preliminary project schedule as part of proposal preparation. I also do outsourcing work in both Metric and Imperial units for Singapore, Australia and US projects. Besides that, I also do project management for design projects I personally do. I also got a chance to handle a maximum of 6 persons in a group for a specific project.

The type of projects which I have done are the following: single detached residence (mid to high end range), interior condo/flat interior fit-out, office space, exhibit booth, retail space, medical clinic, resort and medium rise building. The style of designs I always do are contemporary modern and / or minimalist unless otherwise requested.

           For more than twenty-five (25) years in the industry, an application and execution of combined skills already done and experienced would be a rewarding and worth pursuing path. At the same time, it will open to new challenges that may enhance skills yet to be discovered or mastered. 

           Lastly, I have finished and now I am a Certified Professional Manager of the mini-MBA course I took with DMKompass.
