I worked as a Customer Service Representative in BPO Companies for almost 4 years. As a Customer support with different lines of business, my role was to assist customers with their queries and needs.
During those experiences I am able to gain knowledge and skills like engaging with customers, multitasking, problem solving, time management, being attentive to detail, being flexible and adapting to new ideas and familiarizing myself with some processes and product knowledge. It also enhances my knowledge of doing admin tasks.
