I have been in customer service field for 11 years, wherein I started as an agent catering technical support, collections, credit assessment, and sales. In 2016 I began my leadership career (Operations Supervisor), which also opened the door for me to be chosen as a personal assistant of our Site Director/Program Executive Director. Eventually, got promoted as Operations Manager in January 2019.
