I have been in customer service field for 11 years, wherein I started as an agent catering technical support, collections, credit assessment, and sales. In 2016 I began my leadership career (Operations Supervisor), which also opened the door for me to be chosen as a personal assistant of our Site Director/Program Executive Director. Eventually, got promoted as Operations Manager in January 2019.

My daily mantra: "Identify urgent versus important." This is how I always wrap my day being a personal assistant or an Operations Manager. My skills revolve around, but not limited to:

  • email and messaging management (outlook, Slack, MS Teams, CRM/Siebel, WhatsApp, Viber)
  • schedule alignment and meeting invitation (Zoom, Skype, MS teams, Webinar, Jabber, Webex, )
  • creation of business report (powerpoint and PDF)
  • report extraction and analysis (excel, Power BI)
  • data management (data entry, typing, Sharepoint, MS Teams, )
  • Survey (Survey monkey, Google Forms)
  • Even Posting (Facebook groups and FB page)
