I have been working in the learning and development field since 2013. Over the course of my career, I spent more than a decade with a telecommunications company in the US, dedicating eight years to their training team. During this time, I conducted product and process training for employees, facilitated leadership development programs for company leaders, and took responsibility for coaching and developing other trainers. I have served as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Assetlink, an Australian-based company, where I provide administrative support for various learning initiatives and also facilitate training sessions for team members, including organizational leaders. I am also the administrator of the learning management system and several communication tools. I create content using a learning authoring tool and assign learning to the entire organization.
