I have worked in several BPOs before as a customer service representative and also as a coach and quality analyst. Assisting customers whether it's by email, chat or phone is second nature to me. It doesn't matter whether I work alone or in a group. I am also a great multi-tasker. I have used Zendesk, Intercom, and Slack in my past contracts to chat/email with customers and the client.
