Reviews data input sheets provided by different profit centers in APAC and validates if the entries are correct or with no missing information. This is done by comparing said input sheet to the other documents provided by the underwriter (e.g. underwriting worksheet and cover note)
Transfers information from the data input sheet to the macro template for Risk Browser use and completes the policy and location tabs (containing risk address, insured values, peril limit, deductibles, layer limits, etc)
Reads and analyzes cover notes to determine policy limit and special conditions and reflects these in the macro template, if applicable

Researches exact location address if the information provided in the submission is insufficient
Manually searches for the geocode of the risk location using Google Maps, iTouchmap or Wikipedia
Computes deductible amount per location based on the deductible wordings stated in the cover notes
Processes account and location level input in Risk Browser for CAT modeling use
Coordinates and makes follow-ups with underwriters for account issues such as undetermined deductibles (e.g. missing deductible for the covered peril), policy coverage (e.g. conflict in the declared perils versus provided deductible information) and any lacking information
