I worked as a customer service representative/ technical support for 6 years. I have been tasked to do the following; Handling calls via soft phone, emails, and live chats (Zendeks, OneCRM, SalesForce, Avaya). I handled different international accounts or company like Uber, Wageworks, Trip Advisor, Hostgator and Pearson.
I also took a Virtual Assistant Training and was certified for Social Media Management. I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, Facebook Ads, Facebook Custom Audience, Craigslist Posting, and have Excellent English Language Comprehension.
Also, I can also do basic tasks like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails.
Additional skill is editing photos with the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom.
Lastly, I took 3 years studying Information Technology, although I’m an undergraduate I have experience as Web advisor. I have basic knowledge on PHP, CPanel, Wordpress.
