Manager, Hotel Manager and Executive Office. This includes all highly confidential and sensitive matters to
ensure smooth operation of Executive Office. Looking after and assisting the Retail admin for all the shops and
offices for leasing at the Hotel. In-charge of organizing meeting calendars, email and letter correspondences
between the Executive Office and the Owner’s Office of Emirates Palace. Screens all incoming calls and visitors
of the office, attends employees request and guide them through to the procedure. Maintains various filings and
database up-to-date and ensure to follow-up all pending items with key Head of Departments, clients, Owner’s
office, etc. Taking minutes of meetings where applicable and in-charge of distribution and follow-up for
pending tasks. Handling guest complaints, restaurant bookings, rooms bookings, or any client or guests inquiries
