 I have a background in Operations as an Operations Manager and with over 9 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, specializing in EVA, GVA, Admin VA, ISA, Sales Expert, Sales closer, Sales Associate, Appointment setting, Cold calling, lead generation, Property Management. I have vast experience in calendar management, scheduling, and all those usual tasks as well as a Secretary I am more familiar with the process. The industries I worked with particularly in US Real Estate, E-commerce, IT Companies, Healthcare companies and facilities. I worked on tasks as a VA and other next level roles like: Project Management, Business Dev. Management, Operations Management, Team Management, Recruitment, Training/Coaching. I also have a background as an Operations Manager where I handle all day to day operations from all sides of it. My last employment was with a start up company too as an Operations Manager and after a few weeks they offered me as a partner. It is a Virtual Assistance company based & registered in the U.S. We've had good returns and a huge number of clients who subscribed with our services for the first few months. But wildfires happened in CA and most of our clients needed to stop having a VA to cut their expenses. And then my partners who also shelled out funds for the company needed to switch priorities and can no longer be focused on our VA business. And then, we've all decided to just call it off. We are currently offering it to the market for a buy out option for our shares. That's why right now, I am trying to look for other opportunities, a more stable one. I find your Team encouraging ang appealing as I feel that the people are really nice and accommodating. That's why I am very excited to drop my application. I might not be as perfect as you would expect but I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team. Plus my 11 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing companies (or Call Centers) here in the Philippines honed and provided me more training and coachings just before I ventured into the Virtual world and started my Virtual assistant career. I have a strong foundation in working with foreign clients and business owners.

In my previous roles, I consistently exceeded lead generation targets through a combination of strategic cold calling and thorough research. My ability to communicate clearly, effectively and build rapport with prospects has enabled me to generate high-quality leads and maintain strong business relationships. I have extensive experience managing CRM systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support seamless sales operations.
