This is Cai from Cavite, Philippines. I worked in the BPO industry a total of 7 years. I worked for a US Telecom company as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years and have been a Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Compliance Officer for 4 years. After which, I became an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for an AU/PH based company for 3 years.
I have excellent communication, admin, and management skills. A results-oriented person and a fast learner. I have handled accounts that support clients with their billing issues and Ombudsman complaints. I have provided support to the Managing Director which enhanced my admin and management skills and the use of an in-house system. I also had a short experience in teaching English to Korean students online.
During my free time, I love to travel and explore places here in the Philippines and do social works and events with my friends.
