 I graduated with an associate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. I experienced working in academe and shipping and logistics. During my free time I used to edit videos for my vlogs or some content on my social medias.

I deliver lectures and lessons based on the curriculum and syllabi of the school.

I keep and manage the confidential records of the students, evaluating their performances whether they will advance on the next level for the completion of their course.

ASSISTANT ACADEMIC HEAD

provide assistance to our Academic head in day-to-day operations, Oversees the operations of the institution.

LOGISTICS SHIPPING COORDINATOR

-Communicates with foreign principals and external partners from ordering to delivery of goods.

• Requests quotations and canvass freight from local custom broker or forwarder to know the current rate in processing the shipment for the nomination of forwarder.

• Negotiates with the forwarder/ custom broker the best price they can give

• Ensures complete and accurate shipping documents prior endorsing to custom 

broker/forwarder.

• Monitors the status of shipment to determine the expected date of release and delivery to Warehouse.

• Checks and validates computation of duties and taxes of accredited custom broker and courier.

• Handles the problems encountered with regards to shipment (eg. Delay or documentation).

• Monitors arrival and receives air-shipment via couriers and arranges transmittal to warehouse and/or other groups.

• Prepares Receiving Report and Packing List and endorses to Warehouse Dept. before the arrival of shipment.

JUNIOR QUOTATION OFFICER

• Prepares accurate multiple quotations simultaneously requested by sales department.

• Negotiates with foreign principals the best price they can give.

• Updates regularly and respond to inquiries of Sales Group and their Managers.

• Prepares report and documentations once submitted quotation have been approved.

STRENGTH

 I am a hardworking and self-motivated person. I work with dedication, passion, sincerity and professionalism. I am a fast learner and easy to adapt with new working environment.

WEAKNESS

Personally, what I have noticed on myself, I'm really too much into details. That, I really want every work of mine is very detailed, all information must be sufficient. What I do with my weakness is ensuring that my work is still resulting into high quality output.
