end of lease. Schedule routine inspections before / after tenant's move-in / move-out

locals as well. As a Customer Service Representative, we welcomes and assist the
passengers to the facility. Conduct safety briefing before every flight and lead them to
the helicopter afterwards. Execute daily flight plans and flight manifest. Coordinate with
the Pilot on duty for the inbound /outbound of the aircraft and during the refueling.
Responsible for collection of flight payments if required. Updating KPI report on a daily
basis. Most importantly, making sure passenger's safety around the aircraft.
