I finished my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2017.

In my 8 years of experience working online and offline, I learned how to become INDEPENDENT (because I was a one-man team in the third office I was assigned to as an HR Manager) so I had to do all administrative tasks from the postings, advertisements up to the 

business performance monitoring.

Since the company I was working for is not the only ESL company doing business internationally, I learned how to be CREATIVE and to think outside the box since we had a lot of competitors I, as the Recruitment officer, managed to hire a good number of service providers because the new styles and techniques (including the marketing advertisements) I created enabled our service to be at the top. And yes, we got the highest number of hired service providers among all offices. And I can say that all this also proves my proficiency in every work that I do. 

I am a PROACTIVE person. When I was working as an Operations Manager in my former company, I was the one who kept track of the business activities and the one who had to identify the potential areas of improvement to be able to know in advance what will be the possible problems the business might encounter.

I am also a person who loves ORGANIZATION in what I do. Back when I was still working as an HR Administrator, 

I kept all things recorded and information about the business well organized. I kept all profiles, did the sorting of files, shortlisted applicants, scheduling of interviews and training.

Good Communication skills- Yes, my 8 years of experience working as a PART-TIME English online teacher improved my communication skills. I talk to different students of all ages including doctors, lawyers, and other professionals. In addition to this, I can say that I am also experienced when it comes to phone calls because when I was a recruitment OFFICER at technical, I used to call applicants to schedule them for interviews, follow up with them with their mock call schedules. I was also able to practice phone calls when I worked as a contact center agent.
