Experience
Virtual Assistant
I provided comprehensive and operational support to a growing car rental company. My
major responsibility was to onboard Dimascarrent as a car rental broker/aggregate. The role
required extensive research on major car rental brokers operating in Georgia. After which,
I’d create a preliminary proposal and submit it to them via email or LinkedIn. After just 3
months, I have managed to onboard Dimascarrent on VIPCars, Economy Car Rental, CarFlei,
Takecars, LocalRent and Tip.com. Now I handle reservations via email: confirm reservations
and schedule them on Google Calendar, appropriately labelling Delivery and Returns.

I supported the day-to-day operations by overseeing sales, managing the store’s calendar,
and handling email communication with customers and suppliers. I was also responsible for
maintaining inventory, ensuring shelves were consistently restocked, and creating an
organized shopping environment. My attention to detail and proactive approach to task
management allowed me to contribute effectively to the bookshop's success while delivering
a positive customer experience and fostering strong relationships with vendors.

events are easily identifiable, and deadlines are visually highlighted to ensure no tasks are overlooked. The
calendar layout is clean and efficient, providing a clear overview of both work and personal commitments,
maximizing productivity.
