My first campaign in the BPO industry was a sales account, where we called business owners to offer them an online directory listing for their businesses. I was later promoted to Team Leader within the same campaign, as well as in another campaign with a similar offering.
After two years, I transferred to a financial account, where we contacted credit card holders to remind them of upcoming due dates and collect payments when possible.
Eventually, I transitioned into a Quality Analyst role for a sales account, and later for an investment account. In these roles, I was responsible for listening to agent calls to ensure they were following proper protocols and maintaining quality standards
