My 4-year customer service experience will not deny how efficient I am in dealing with clients' concerns. I am currently holding the position of customer relation specialist, wherein I deal with different kind of people everyday, render them the services they need, I call out clients and set an appointment with them to offer new products, I also do paper works, filing and sorting, computer transactions, and find leads for existing products.

I believe that the things that will make me an advantage in this position include:
