I’m Maria a highly experienced Finance and Administrative Support professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience keeping businesses organised, financially accurate, and running smoothly. I bring the structure, reliability, and attention to detail that every growing team needs. I am warm, friendly, and people-focused, but also extremely organised and efficient the kind of person who keeps operations tight, communication clear, and financial processes accurate.

I built my foundation working as a Dispenser Optician in Muswell Hill, London, where I handled everything from document filing, scheduling, customer coordination, and stock management to store organisation, order processes, and QuickBooks-based record keeping. I managed collections, repairs, adjustments, and worked with suppliers all while maintaining calm, friendly professionalism. That role taught me how to manage multiple responsibilities at once, stay organised, and support people with care and efficiency.

Today, in my Finance and Operations role at The Beam Room, I manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, vendor communication, financial documentation, and report preparation. I support management by keeping all financial information accurate, up to date, and well-organised. I’m the person who ensures nothing slips through the cracks and that every task is completed on time and correctly.

At Evocyte UK & Ireland, I worked closely with the directors to manage administrative tasks, order processing, bookkeeping follow-ups, and support the business at conferences and events. This experience strengthened my ability to work fast, communicate clearly, and stay organised in dynamic environments.

My administrative skills were further enriched at Dr Bela Batorfi Dental Implant, where I coordinated patient programmes, managed documentation, scheduled care plans, and ensured high-quality service delivery. And earlier, as a Bookkeeping Assistant at NT Business Services, I handled invoice entry, reconciliations, administrative tasks, petty cash, and bookkeeping software daily. These roles deepened my financial and operational experience and made me confident working with numbers and people.
