I worked as a Recruitment Specialist for Call Center Agents, I do the initial and behavioral screening of the candidates. I also do social management, advertising and a bit of graphic designing. I worked homebased before with lead generation and up selling for an independent company, also did a Chat Support for an Entertainment site too a year ago. I worked as an Account Manager for a Marketing Company and as a Customer Service Representative in BPO for several years, this extensive experience made me become a well-spoken person and diligent with every task assigned. I can do multitasking in an organized way. I love internet/web research and organizing data. I want and need a long-term job and be a part of the growth of a company.
