Having worked as a Customer Service Representative, Fraud Analyst and Accounts receivable Specialist, gave me the experience in providing excellent customer service about products and services, resolving customer concerns and issues, analyze fraudulent transactions and collect payments from the customer. Through these positions, I picked up many useful skills in how to engage people, negotiate, and remain calm, patient and focused while seeking a positive outcome.
