I used to work in a BPO company where I developed my skills as a Customer Service Representative for 10 years. I was able to handle teams as an SME which require me to be a team player, fast learner and reliable. I started working as a Virtual Assistant 2 years ago wherein I learned how to work in a fast pace environment. I know how to work under pressure without compromising the quality of my work. I can steer the ship alone but I am a team player and loves to share my knowledge and experience with everybody else. I believe I have the ability to do the job because I know I brought some qualities that make me the very best in every work I have like professionalism, being competitive, my passion for work and my attitude towards the excellent. I may have less experience as a VA like others but I know I can do my job properly. Being reliable and competent is what I believe the main key to be successful in every task you take.
