I started working since 2005 in the BPO Industry.As soon as i graduated, I have experience in handling several campaigns such as Outbound/Inbound Sales for Business to Business and Business to Consumer,Customer Service, Tier 2 Technical Support for Cable and Internet Service Provider and became a Team Lead which tuaght me a lot in doing admin tasks and developing people skills.
