I have been with customer service/ Administrative industry for 6+ years. My first job was in customer service which included billing. Later on, I worked in Tech support L1 via chat and web tickets for GE Employees and just a couple months later I was promoted as supervisor for chat. I decided to continue in customer service, and worked for American Express as Customer service supervisor. After a long-time perusing customer service, I continued on working in Workforce as WFM Management, I had a team of 30+ agents that made sure all goals and metrics were met on time.
I am willing to do everything in order to satisfy my client and rest assured I can meet the deadline.
