I have worked in a BPO company for 5 years. I was a customer service representative for 3 years and 2 months then, applied for a Quality Coordinator post. The account that I used to work for was a Capital One Financial - Canada. It is a bank based in the US that also offers credit card service in Canada.
I also had 3 months call transcription experience which is a short term project under the Quality Coordinator post. 2 years and 8 months experience working in a legal firm as a Legal Secretary.
I feel I am suitable for this work as I have extensive experience in customer service: over the phone assistance, through email response and even face to face customer service. The time I spent as a Quality Coordinator honed me to appreciate teamwork without compromising accountability to my own specific tasks.
I'm keen to details; I'm not satisfied with a halfhearted effort, it has to be all in or nothing at all. I'm dedicated to my responsibilities and I take pride on knowing what my customer wants and doing my job to my customer's satisfaction. I'm comfortable doing multiple tasks and very much able to work with minimal supervision.
