I have a broad knowledge in office system operations and other administrative tasks I worked as full time secretary of the Municipal Vice-Mayor from 2010 to present. I am responsible in managing the office task particularly in making correspondence, speeches, messages, of our local officials, keeping all office records, prepare reports, conduct researches, and assisting our local constituents / clients in their needs of procuring legal documents and supports.
I graduated my Bachelors Degree in Commerce and my previous worked experiences widen my knowledge on business accounting operations particularly on auditing, posting of sales, expenditures, preparing the book of accounts, financial statements and other related accounting transactions.
I can coordinate events, travel itinerary, schedules and other related matters as well.
