Hi! I’m a psychology graduate with professional experience as a recruiter. For the past few years, I’ve worked in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing candidates, screening CVs, doing interviews, and supporting onboarding. I also co-founded a small recruitment consultant business focused on helping startups and young professionals connect.

Right now, I’m looking for freelance or part-time jobs as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, Data Transcript, or Freelance Recruiter. I’m comfortable working remotely, managing tasks independently, and using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Trello, and Canva.

My degree is in Psychology with a focus on Industrial & Organizational Psychology. I’m happy to share my academic transcript if needed. My background helps me understand people, work behavior, and how to build efficient systems and teams.

I’m reliable, fast learner, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian. I’m available up to 30 hours per week and open to both short- and long-term projects.
