I am 33 years old, a graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering, as of now I'm looking for a job that will give me a chance to regain my career again while being at home. I am a hardworking person who wants to be productive all day. The last job that I had was as a customer service representative handling financial account. My responsibilities were taking calls and answering all the queries of the card holders regarding their account and bank statement of account, I was also responsible on determining whether if the caller is fraud or not, and assisting them on their online accounts if they were not able to log in. We are also doing some telemarketing, by offering upgrades to the card holders, explaining the benefits and advantages of upgrades even though it will cost them more than they are paying monthly. Emails for the right person if we cannot fix the problem right away was also our responsibility.I am also an experienced Project Admin in Dubai UAE before I decided to set up my small business here in the Philippines which is now managed by my father.My experience in office works, was trained when I was in Dubai UAE, working as an office and admin personnel, project coordinator, and personal assistant. I was responsible for all the admin works, from emailing to coordinating all the needs of clients to the suppliers. The appointments and arranging schedules of the Managing Director was also my main responsibility. The legal documents of the company was also one of my tasks to review and update. I was basically doing all the office works.As a single parent, to work while being at home is a perfect opportunity.
