I am Miks Bajar, a virtual assistant based in the Philippines.
I started my freelance career as a part-time Product Researcher and Email Support for an Amazon store based in Florida. I did a lot of data-scraping and data entry.
I was also an Email Support for a Shopify store. I responded to customer emails, provided updates on the shipping & tracking of orders, and updated the information in the system and CRM.
I also worked as a Property Manager for a rental company based in Atlanta, GA. I handled the day-to-day operations of the properties, and processed payments, refunds, leasing, and contracts. I was in charge of communicating with guests, ensuring they have a convenient and comfortable stay with us. I also coordinated with cleaners, maintenance, and the on-the-ground team upon check-ins and check-outs and keep all properties well-maintained.
Currently, I am a virtual assistant for a Realtor and my daily tasks are preparing CMAs, listing presentations, and sorting lists of leads.
