Hi Good day to everyone,

I am hoping that everyone is safe and healthy. Let me introduce myself, I am 29 years old who lives in the Philippines. I am currently working in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative and been there for more than 2 years. Aside from taking Inbound calls, I used to do email/chat support, Selling supplement products online, taking Outbound calls in my previous job. As a Customer Service Representative, I am very well aware of my responsibility providing good quality services that make the customer satisfied and happy that will also help the business to grow. Being in the BPO Industry for 6 years, I already learned how to deal with the behavior of the Customer not only providing empathy, build rapport, but understanding their needs. emotions and to find the best way to help them. I am flexible and can work under pressure.

I am hoping that you will consider my application as I really need to find another job immediately. Our country is currently having difficulties because of the virus and we are asked to stay at home.
