I’m an HRIS & Operations Manager with a strong foundation in both human resources and technology. With experience at organizations like BrainPOP (a subsidiary of the LEGO Group) and Morgan Stanley, I specialize in optimizing HR systems, improving operational workflows, and driving strategic process improvements that support scale and efficiency.

I hold a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, along with PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. I’m passionate about leveraging data and systems to create seamless employee experiences—from onboarding and benefits to performance and compensation. I’ve led initiatives such as implementing ticketing systems with AI chatbots, automating manual HR tasks, and enhancing data integrity across platforms. My work has helped reduce response times, increase satisfaction, and empower HR teams to focus on strategic priorities.

Beyond the tech and strategy, I value building strong cross-functional relationships, supporting internal clients with empathy and clarity, and solving problems before they escalate.
