I am a natural problem solver. I love troubleshooting technical issues such as computer hardware and software, networking, server administration, active directory, etc. I analyze data to understand more on the root cause and then look for the best resolution there is to also improve the resolution rate of the team.
As a Technical Writer, I self study the ins and outs of a product, simplify the complexities and transform them to understandable knowledgebase articles and documentation. I aim to help IT Operations team resolve issues better and faster by having better resources related to the product.

I also have my primary and back up computer, internet connection and power resource set up in my home office for remote work thus, attendance will not be an issue.
