I worked as a consumer specialist for HP and Microsoft in the BPO industry for 5 years before I decided to go freelancing last 2011. Since then, I took freelancing as a whole new career where I developed and grew skills in eCommerce, Digital Advertising, Social Media and Project Management. I'm happy to be able to provide and meet client expectations as I continue to learn and grow professionally.

I'm offering you more than 10 years of productive knowledge in eCommerce store management, customer support, management and training, and social media marketing.I've worked in the BPO industry for 5 years as an Account Specialist and a Senior Techincal Support for various companies like HP and Microsoft catering to US and Asia Pacific consumers through phone and email. 

Tasks include handling and resolving warranty and contract entitlement related issues, assists logistics in replacement cases and escalations related to licensing concerns, general troubleshooting and verification of hacked accounts. These tasks improved my traits as a team player critical thinking while resolving issues under pressure.On my 5th year, I started working as a Freelance Virtual Assistant and eventually left the BPO industry. 

Now on my 8th year as a Freelance VA, I've worked with different companies and private individuals providing support and research for their websites and social media accounts and worked my way up from doing data entry to creating company procedures and policies, conducting training, quality assurance and management.  

Personally, I like to work proactively with a positive attitude and focus on things that can contribute to the success of the company. Through these productive work experiences as a Freelance VA in the digital era, I have learned to be innovative and dependable as I value time and trust given by my clients. My home office is prepared and equipped to meet the needs of working remotely.
