Maria Lara Yra Wariza

 I graduated Bachelor of arts in Broadcasting in Colegio de San Juan de Letran. 

After I graduated, I started to work at Monaco1 International Inc. on November 2011 as a Marketing Assistant, this job was beneficial and great for me as it taught me a lot of things business wise, especially when it comes to Marketing strategies, I was assigned to do marketing campaigns

My work consists of creating a marketing slogan that will garner potential clients to visit our online gaming sites.

After 4-5 years of working under Monaco1 on March 2017 I was promoted as Marketing Team Leader; It was noted that my former boss really liked my work she sees me as a hard worker and a great leader for our team.

It is also worth mentioning that my skill to lead and instruct my co-workers is one of my many assets in my previous work, my team worked harmoniously with everyone’s participation as well as my passion to help them succeed in their work. 

I am also the type of a leader that looks out for everyone and gives them the credit they deserve;  out the years I have learned that appreciation and appropriate rewards can come a long way especially when a teammate/co-worker deserves it the most.
