I've been working as a cold caller for real estate wholesalers companies since 2018 and was promoted to lead management in 2020 from the same company(FCHB) .I spent 5 years there.I speak native English and Spanish. Im detail oriented and always open to feed back.My task were as a lead manager to follow up with prospects ,revive not interested leads and do live pass offs with the acquisitions team to have deals under contract, also send emails and text messages through our crms.As a cold caller I would just call to contact potential sellers to see if there motivated to sell their homes and qualify them.
