I used to work as a branch manager in a micro finance institution for 18 years. Reporting directly to me were more than 20 people. I was part of the management committee and had the right to approve loan application of our clients. I also ensured that the branches maintain its sustainability and viability. Reports preparation was also a big tasks, I had to made sure that all reports were accurate and submitted on time. Most of the reports were on Excel format. Of course I didn't start as manager right away, I started as an account officer. By God's grace I was promoted as Senior Account Officer after 5 years, and after 2 years I became a branch manager.
I took up Bachelor of Arts major in English Literature and graduated in 1996.
