I have two years of experience making cold calls, which must be done excellently even though little supervision is provided. Since I was tasked with calling people who had not been informed that we would be calling them, I make sure to be a cold caller who values them as owners, is motivated and enthusiastic about their work, and is eager to assist and serve this people when they pick up the phone. The secret to my success is to simply have the mentality that, even though hundreds of leads may reject me, I won't pass up the opportunity to convert some of those leads, so I will work consistently from the start until the end. I also value integrity and loyalty, like how I always put in so much effort even when not asked and doing the right thing without hesitations. And, in my personal experience, I've never had misunderstandings with clients because I've always maintained healthy relationships/communications with them, which has always resulted in a successful cold calling experience/progress.
