I am incredibly passionate about handling Customer Service job. I have vast experience with it. I started working as a Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls assisting Telecommunication user with their billing issues for more than 2 years then I transferred to handling online education for 2 years as well assisting students to register to their online class and assisting them if they have technical issues with their homework and e-book then after that I was able handle IT support/Help desk analyst for pharmaceutical company for more than 2 years assisting their employees with password reset and technical issues.
