I am a Legal Designer, I apply the design-thinking principles to the practice of law. I am an Italian lawyer and mediator. In 2013 I established an international law firm based in Milan and Moscow. I was managing partner there for four years. Now I work as a sole practitioner as a Legal Designer in Italy and abroad.

As a Legal Designer, my goal is to design the most efficient and effective legal strategy.

When you hire a lawyer, you start playing chess.

It is not easy to understand the best strategy, move after move, when negotiating a contract or when collecting a debt. Especially when you want to benefit from maintaining the relationship with the other party, passing the matter to a lawyer can be seen as a declaration of war thus escalating the conflict and making things more difficult to manage.

As a Legal Designer I can design a legal strategy that serves better your interests. Implementing the right legal strategy helps you to reach your goals effectively and at the minimum cost.

Legal Design can be helpful in:

•            and many other matters  

I'm also a mediator for civil and commercial matters, accredited both in Italy and in Belgium, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (Mediation) and I am certified by the International Mediation Institute (IMI). I specialize in cross-border disputes resolution.

As a facilitator, I provide professional assistance to both companies and communities in designing and governing participatory processes and cooperative networking .

I teach advanced mediation and negotiation skills, and International Contracts and I have lectured both for private institutions and Universities in the EU as well as in Russia.
