I have previously worked as a Homebased Medical Biller and coder for 3 years now. I recently ended my task with my previous employer last august 2019. My work as a home-based medical biller for the past years includes, but not limited to; Handling Medical Coding and Billing ICD10, Verifying Benefits and eligibility, AR follows up, Claim submission and Denials, EOB posting, and a little knowledge with Pre-certification. I handled a wide range of US Insurance to name a few; LA Care, Healthnet, BCBS, UHC, Logisticare, Managed care plans, Medicaid and Medicare. Prior to working at home I have been with United Healthcare as a Resolution Specialist Handling mostly Provider claims calls and as a Bank specialist with JP Morgan & Chase.
