Maria Fernanda Guillen

I'm currently working as a Legal VA for the main partner of a U.S. based law firm, where I basically manage his entire email box (Outlook), as well as being in charge of the legal software they currently use and just in general, doing any task that's asked.

With over 10 years of professional experience, I want to expand where I can leverage my expertise and skill in an innovative and new environment. I am particularly drawn to this position because it allows me to continue my transition into a different field that has a new approach for me, where I can improve my knowledge while contributing meaningfully to your team.

I am certified in Higher Education as well as Negotiation, Conciliation and Arbitration and I finished my Master in Business Law as well as being currently enrolled to be certified in International Arbitration by the Comisión Interamericana de Arbitraje Internacional. I have experience in customer service as I worked for a US company, remotely for almost a year.

I am a very hardworking person and a persistent one, meeting goals and objectives constantly. I am client – oriented and empathize easily, which is why I chose to study law in the first place.
