I used to work in a BPO industry for the past 3 years and my expertise are Technical Support for Android, iPhone, and Windows computer. For mobile phones, we perform basic troubleshooting and process replacements if needed. For Windows computers, we troubleshoot all basic to advance Windows issues as well as performing remote session as part of the advance troubleshooting. I also have a year of experience in sales. Majority of that are booking for hotel reservations, car rentals, and flights. I make sure to turn all shopper calls to a sale. And when people are asked to render overtime, I am most definitely on top of the list.
