I have been working for in a Medical Insurance company for more than 11 years (Since 2008). May main job is to assist our clients worldwide in day to day tasks. Basically my work focuses on update of member records which involves addition, deletion, update and checking/verification of records to our in-house system. With this nature of job, I have been familiar to the basic Microsoft Office tools especially to MS Excel where I need to learn the basic tricks and shortcuts to make things easier for me.
