I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for 4 years as a technical support representative. I supported customers on issues with internet connection, email set-up. I am also knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting for smartphones,cable boxes and modems.

In addition, I have excellent communication and customer service skills. I am also a punctual, diligent and patient individual who has the ability of doing multitasking under pressure.
