I used to work in Room Reservation Agent in a luxury hotelĀ in Dubai. We encode the details of the booking arrival and departure dates, name & number of guests, flight details, preferences, purpose of travel & all the guests details.

Relay to hotel personnel concern if they have specifications to ensure the comfort & satisfaction of the guest.

If ever they have changes, we are doing our best to help them address the situation for their stress-free stay.

Our goal is to guarantee the smooth & enjoyable travel of our guests thus we ensure all details are correct and requirements are coordinated to concerned people. We even follow-up if everything is ready before arrival.

I believe this routine & goal has trained me to be a customer and result oriented person, where we extend extra effort to make thing possible while we maintain the integrity of our hotel/company.

I also work as Sales Executive focusing in Banquet where we arrange meetings and events. Here we communicate with companies regarding their meeting requirements and eventually forward the details to F&B for the arrangement. We double check all the request and deliver accordingly. We are also in-charge of the collection of payment.
