I worked as an online support specialist for an American company based in Atlanta, Georgia. My duties were to reply, respond and answer inquiries for the company's online portfolio of e-commerce stores. I was also responsible for setting up new accounts, and trouble shooting customer inquiries via live online chat. The range of services that i covered were primarily related to the company's B2B online business offering which included the setup of all e commerce stores. Our systems were fully automated and my team was the first line of communication for our customers. I reported directly to our head office manager in the USA and was responsible for the training and recruitment of other Filipino based online specialist.
