Maria de la Luz Alarcon

I studied Business and Management as a main career, then I realized that my passion was the Human Resources area, so I did a Master in Organizational Psychology making focus Recruitment Area. I made my internship with Target DDI a company that I made support to other companies with their Human Resources problems and help them so resolved them like, human capital, organizational development, recruitment, etc.

As my main career is Business and Management I also have experience in Marketing, Statistics and Finances helping small business from their beginning or also help them how to arrange the accounts.

That's my professional career, but my real passion is travel around the world, I love the nature, animals and the different cultures that you can appreciate if you go just one step more far away that your comfort zone. Because of that I decide to work freelance and help from over around the world.
