On July 9th, 2018 I completed my apprenticeship as a retail saleswoman with excellent success in Kika Linz. I worked there independently for years and therefore also have experience in dealing directly with customers.

I worked for a year at Santander Bank as a service manager, where I supported customers over the phone, carried out debt collection activities and collect and change data into a specific CRM system.

In addition, I was able to gain a lot of experience as a service center manager for another year, by posting account statements, checking and processing the monthly dunning process and system administration. Besides that, I worked from home for 1 year, so I gained experience with remote work. I would also like to mention that I completed my Abitur during my apprenticeship.
