I am a registered nurse whose been working with a BPO for more than 6 years now. I worked for Aetna and UnitedHealth Group as well as a Telemedicine company in the United States. And one of my role is to verify the patients benefits and eligibility, review medical notes submitted by patients for the approval of certain procedures requiring letter of medical necessity, to secure an online appointment to our In- Network Providers and to send a prescription letter to the patient's preferred Pharmacy. I am very well motivated because I need to earn for my family. I think working for a Telehealth for more than 5 years is a plus for me. I am familiar with the processes as well as my hospital practice is also my advantage. I have been dealing with doctors, patients and pharmacies for quite sometime now. So I am most certain, I can use this as my advantage.
