I started my freelance career in an E-commerce company in 2020. I'm assisting customers via email and chat which developed my proficiency with various tools like Zendesk, Shopify, and Magento. I've been a seasonal Team Leader. Coaching agents, doing DSAT Root Cause Analysis and other administrative tasks are some of my responsibilities. I have also performed Facebook moderation by handling customer comments, product and shipping inquiries. These responsibilities honed my leadership and multi-tasking skills, even more, guaranteeing great results even with minimal supervision.
