In my 5 years in the BPO company, I've done a lot of position that the company I'm in is deemed me fit into and that demands skills. First, I'm required to do some multitasking that a specialist is required to do like inputting information on the database while talking to the customer at the same time. Also, I'm required to open multiple windows as well as MS Word and Excel in inputting data while listening to calls in my job as a QA Verifier. In addition, I reviewed and edit multiple mystery shop reviews in a timely manner that a copy editor requires me to do.
I work with less supervision in my every task and just like my current company I'm working now, I want a long term relationship with my future client.
