Maria Clarissa Felix

I'm Maria Clarissa Felix, 26 years of age, currently residing in Pasig City, Philippines. I'm currently looking for a part time job to do in my spare time and to provide better for my sister's education.

I'm currently a Supervisor for a BPO Company in our country. I develop and coach agent to focus on their opportunities and enhance the service they can provide to our customers. I also make sure that their stats are update so I create my own tracker of where they at. From time to time, I also do analysis on why out metrics are going down, identify the root cause and create an action plan to change the trend.

Since every now an then, we hire new agents. I also do final interviews for the applicant and make sure that we are hiring the best and someone who will be of great asset to the account.
